  • 4 large Idaho potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 can artichoke hearts (non-marinated)
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Artichoke Mashed Potatoes

We're tweaking the recipe for size and we are using fresh artichokes, not canned; this is just to give you an idea of what the end result will resemble
